Getting Started

Installation & Activation

Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store — search "Dynamic Suite PRO Employee Edition".
Subscribe at dynamic-suite.com if you haven't already. Your Stripe receipt email is your activation key.
Activate your license — open a Granot charges page and click "Already Subscribed? Activate Here" on the paywall. Enter your Stripe receipt email and click Save & Activate. The Options page is also reachable by right-clicking the extension icon if needed.
Close the Options tab and refresh your charges page. The calculator appears in the top-right corner automatically.
💡 Only on the Charges Tab. The calculator activates only when the URL contains mpcharge~chargeswc~.

Quick Actions

The two most powerful features are triggered by clicking colored values directly in the calculator.

CF Price Quick-Fill  ·  Click the green CF Price

Fills all pricing fields and submits the locked estimate in one click. Any Quick Fill toggles you have enabled in Settings are applied at this point.

CF Price
Entered into the pricing rate field automatically.
Lock CF
Lock Per CF checkbox is checked, preventing further changes.
Binding Type
Set to Binding Estimate automatically.
Top Extra Line
Set to "Origin and Destination" or "Binding Estimate" based on your O&D or Binding toggle. Binding dollar amount is entered separately.
Submit
Pricing form submitted and estimate locked in immediately.

Auto-Deposit  ·  Click the blue Deposit amount

Submits the deposit with zero manual steps — eliminating human error on every job.

Stores the deposit amount in memory.
Navigates automatically to the Payments page.
Fills the Payment Amount field.
Fills the Notes field with a CF pricing note and timestamp.
Checks the Deposit checkbox automatically.
Submits the payment form.
Returns you to the charges page automatically.

The Calculator

The floating calculator appears in the top-right corner of every Granot charges page. It reads live data and updates as you work.

Header Bar

☀️ Summer Mode
Active April 1 – Labor Day. Seasonal surcharge applied. Header turns warm orange.
❄️ Winter Mode
Active Labor Day – March 31. Standard pricing. Header is cool blue.

Toggles full / mini view. Your preference is remembered.
○ Gear
Opens the Settings drawer.
× Close
Hides the popup. Refresh the page to bring it back. Drag header to reposition.

Status Banner

Calculator Figures

Subtotal
Base job subtotal before extras or discounts.
Binding
Any binding or add-on amount applied to the job.
Discount
Any discount applied to the job.
Total Est.
Full estimated job total.
Deposit
(Subtotal × 20%) + Binding − Discount. Blue text. Click to auto-submit.
Remaining
Total Estimate minus Deposit.
CF
Cubic footage for the job.
Miles
Distance in miles for this move.
CF Price
Dynamic price per cubic foot. Green text. Click to quick-fill pricing fields.

Alerts

  • Pickup in the past — the pickup date is earlier than today.
  • Pickup imminent — pickup is within 2 days. Act fast.
  • Holiday — pickup on or near a federal holiday. Surcharge reflected automatically.

Pricing

CF Price

The CF Price is determined by a proprietary dynamic pricing matrix that factors in the size of the move, travel distance, time of year, and day of week. Calculated automatically — always rounded to the nearest $0.05.

Surcharges

Applied automatically based on the pickup date. Multiple surcharges stack when conditions overlap.

🔥 Peak Rate badge. When any surcharge is active, a red badge appears next to the CF Price. Hover it to see the exact conditions active.

Settings

Click the ○ gear button in the calculator header to open the Settings drawer.

License Information

The top of the drawer shows a masked version of your activation email and your current seat usage (e.g. 3 / 10).

Ultra Mini Mode

Controls what shows in the collapsed mini view. Toggle off for a clean view showing only Deposit and CF Price.

Quick Fill Toggles

Control what additional fields are filled when you click the CF Price. All settings persist across page refreshes.

Free Storage
Fills storage fields with "30 Days of Free Storage w/ Redelivery" — only when currently empty.
Full Pack
Fills packing fields with full pack description and calculates amount based on cubic footage.
State Discount
Fills discount description with origin state name (e.g. "Florida Resident Discount") — only when empty.
Add Binding
Fills binding fee amount. Minimum $1,000 for smaller jobs, scaled by CF for larger — only when current value is lower.
O&D or Binding
Off = "Origin and Destination". On = "Binding Estimate" fills the top extra line.

Options Page

Access via the paywall's "Already Subscribed? Activate Here" button or by right-clicking the extension icon and selecting "Options".

Activating Your License

Enter the email address you used when subscribing.
Click Save & Activate. Verified in real time.
Green confirmation and plan details appear — tier, seats used, days remaining.
Click Close, then refresh your charges page.

Re-check License

If you've just subscribed or renewed but the extension still shows locked, click ↻ Re-check License. This bypasses the local cache and forces a fresh verification immediately.

Troubleshooting

Calculator not appearing

  • Confirm you're on the Charges Tab — URL must contain mpcharge~chargeswc~
  • Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Win) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac).
  • Check extension is enabled at chrome://extensions
  • Open Options and click ↻ Re-check License.

Paywall after a recent payment

  • Click ↻ Re-check License in Options — bypasses the 1-hour cache immediately.
  • Confirm the email matches your Stripe receipt exactly.

"Seat limit reached"

  • On Starter, Team, and Company plans, activating on a new device automatically frees the oldest inactive seat. If it persists, open Options, clear the email, re-enter it, and click Save & Activate.

CF Price shows "Invalid"

  • Cubic footage or distance fields are empty or zero. Enter valid job data first.
